What it does: continuously pings a set of hosts on an interval and shows each as a live tile (up/down, RTT, loss).

Safe to run: yes.

Reading results: a tile that flips to red/down or starts accumulating loss tells you when and which host degraded — useful while you change something or wait out an intermittent fault.
