What it does: watches several hosts at once, pinging each on a repeating interval and showing it as a live tile (up/down, response time, packet loss). It's for keeping an eye on things over time rather than a one-shot check.

What you need: the list of hosts/IPs you want to watch. It keeps running until you stop it.

Safe to run: yes — it's just repeated pings.

What to expect / reading results: green tiles = reachable and healthy; a tile flipping to red or piling up loss tells you exactly WHEN and WHICH host went bad. That timing is the point — leave it running while you make a change (to see the moment it recovers) or to catch an intermittent fault in the act.
